Good game, only problem is I don't understand the meaning of triple word, double letter at all. Please add the description or how to play section completely...

That's a good idea! Double Word/Letter tiles are used to increase the points for either a single letter, or an entire word played across it - in general you want to try to use your high-point letters/words on these!
